The Challenge

Scammers often pretend to be the IRS, and people panic when they get a message. Accounting Aid Society needed to explain the real rules in a calm, friendly way. The video had to cover scam warning signs and how to respond to a real letter. It had to stay simple for a broad audience.

02

Our Solution

We told the story through two relatives. Todd gets a suspicious text and calls his cousin Ruby, who has been through it before. Ruby explains the signs of a scam and how the IRS really makes contact. The conversation turns a list of rules into advice from someone you trust.
