Case Study
Blockdaemon

We collaborated with the Blockdaemon marketing team to write the explainer video scripts and develop creative concepts for the three motion graphics videos.
After a project kickoff call, we gathered the content necessary and started off with developing the concepts and writing scripts. The first provided a corporate overview of the business.
The Challenge
In this video case study we’ll explain how we produced marketing videos for Blockdaemon. The challenge was to clearly articulate who Blockdaemon is, what they do and what sets them apart from their competitors.
Deliver an easy to understand message about their services and why they are the largest and most reliable blockchain infrastructure in the world.
Our Solution
We then settled on creating three separate videos instead one long video. The first would provide a high-level overview of what Blockdaemon is and what they do.
We then created two additional videos to provide a more in-depth explainer video about the company’s Security First approach, and their Reliable infrastructure platform.
Video Script
The second video script went into more detail, talking about why the reliability of Blockdaemon’s blockchain infrastructure.
The third script delivered a clear cut message on the value of their security-first approach, and what it means for their customers.
Concept & Storyboards
The video concept is well-thought-out prior to drawing sketches. The concept is submitted to the artist who is then translates into rough sketches for internal review.
Creamy Animation follows a thorough internal review of every storyboard, before sending it to the client. We prefer to draw storyboards that look pretty close to what the final graphics will look like.
This has turned out to be a very effective process that helps us streamline our production and deliver better results.

Design & Illustrations
Once the storyboards were approved we started on the final illustrations. Prior to completing illustrations, the client receives style frames for approval.
The style frames are the main illustrations, and submitted to the client so they can see what the final design will look like. At this stage they can request edits to the designs and colors, if needed.
We always to stay true to your company’s brand identity to maintain consistency with your existing marketing collateral.
