B2C VIDEO PRODUCTION SERVICES

Turn Scrolls Into Sales

With B2C Videos

B2C video production is consumer facing video: social ads, product explainers, and brand films made for people who decide in seconds, not committees.

Shoppers scroll past anything that looks like an ad. We build videos that open with the payoff, show the product doing its job, and give a reason to buy before the thumb moves.

TRUSTED BY TOP BUSINESSES IN NORTH AMERICA AND GLOBALLY

B2C Video Production Services

A consumer buys on feeling and momentum. Nobody circulates a requirements doc before ordering a mattress or a skincare set. That changes what the video has to do: earn attention in the first second, show the product in a real moment, and clear the last objection before the viewer swipes away.

Creamy Animation plans the message, picks a style your audience will actually sit through, and builds the set of cuts each channel needs. One master film is not a campaign. A campaign is a hook variant for cold traffic, a shorter cut for retargeting, a vertical version for Stories and Reels, and a steadier version that lives on the product page.

Brands put B2C video to work across:

  • Paid social on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
  • Product pages, marketplace listings, and landing pages
  • Retail screens, trade show loops, and in store displays
  • Email, SMS, and post purchase onboarding

What We Produce For Consumer Brands

Product Videos

Product videos help people picture the product in their life. We focus on the moments that sell: what it is, how it works, and why it’s better than the other options.

You can use product videos to lift conversion on product pages, support marketplace listings, and give your paid ads stronger creative.

2D animated videos are a cost-effective way to show your product in action : no film crew or reshoots required.

Social Media Video Ads

Social ads need to hook fast and stay clear with sound off. We design short, punchy edits that lead with the value, back it up with proof, and land on a clean call to action.

You also get cutdowns and variations for different placements, so you can test angles without rebuilding from scratch.

Brand Story Videos

Brand stories turn a product into a brand people want to be part of. Showcase who you are, what you stand for, and why they should buy your product .

Make brand stories for drawing top-of-funnel traffic, homepages, and campaigns where trust matters most.

B2C Video Production Process

Our B2C process is built around one question: what makes a stranger stop and keep watching? Everything else follows from the answer.

We open by pulling apart your offer, the objection that kills most sales, and the proof you already have. From there we write to the hook first and the logo last, storyboard so you can see every beat before a frame is animated, then produce the master and the platform cuts together instead of bolting them on afterwards.

You see the script, the storyboard, and a visual direction before production starts. Nothing goes into animation until you have signed off on what it will look like.

We start by getting clear on what’s going to make people stop scrolling. That means your offer, your best selling points, and the proof that supports them.

We also map where the videos will run (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, product pages, email) so the script and pacing match the placement.

Discovery

We then lock the plan before anything is produced. You’ll review the script and storyboard, then we create style frames or a visual direction that fits your brand and audience.

Using the approved style, we create all assets required and prepare them for animation.

Design

Once everything is approved, we animate or edit the final videos, add voiceover, music, and sound design, then export for every channel you need.

You’ll receive the final finished video plus platform-ready versions. These include vertical, square, and widescreen so you can launch quickly.

What Our Clients Say

B2C Video Production FAQs

The questions consumer brands ask us most before starting a project.

How long should a B2C video be?

It depends on where it runs. A paid social ad usually works best between 15 and 30 seconds, because you are paying for attention you have not earned yet. A product explainer on a listing or landing page can run 60 to 90 seconds, since that viewer already clicked and wants detail. Post purchase how to videos can go longer again. The rule that matters more than length: the hook has to land in the first second or the rest of the runtime never gets watched.

Most B2C projects land between $5,000 and $10,000 for a standard animated or motion led video with the platform cutdowns included. Premium work with custom illustration, original character design, or a larger set of variants runs $10,000 to $25,000. Full campaign builds with multiple concepts and ongoing variants sit in the $25,000 to $50,000 range. AI assisted production can bring simpler pieces down to $2,500 to $4,000 when the brief allows it. The biggest cost driver in B2C is not length, it is the number of variants a campaign needs.

A 30 to 60 second B2C video takes about 2 to 3 weeks. A 1 to 2 minute explainer takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Those timelines assume feedback comes back in batches rather than in a trickle, and that the script and storyboard are approved before animation starts. Rework at the animation stage is what pushes schedules, not the animation itself.

You get the cuts you ask for in the quote, which is why the quote should list them. Ask for 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 up front. A proper cutdown is not a crop: text is repositioned and resized for the shorter frame, the safe areas for platform UI are respected, and pacing is tightened for the placement. Cropping a 16:9 master to vertical is how logos end up behind a Reels caption bar.

Assume they will. Most feed video is watched muted, so the video has to make sense as a silent film first. We burn captions into the cutdowns built for feeds, and we also hand over a separate .srt file so you can upload captions where the platform prefers them. Beyond captions, the visuals have to carry the message on their own: show the problem, show the product solving it, and put any number or claim on screen as text rather than only in the voiceover.

You own the final videos and the project files we deliver. The part worth checking on any quote, ours or anyone else’s, is what sits inside the video: stock music, stock footage, and voiceover are licensed, and those licenses have terms. Paid media and broadcast usually cost more than organic use, and some licenses expire after 12 months. We tell you which assets are licensed, for what use, and for how long, before you approve the quote.

Revisions are structured by stage rather than counted loosely across the project. You get rounds at script, at storyboard, and at animation. That order matters, because a change at script costs an afternoon and the same change after animation costs days of rework. Anything outside the approved storyboard is quoted as new scope rather than absorbed quietly and billed later.

We are an animation studio, so we produce animated and motion led work: 2D animation, character animation, motion graphics, kinetic type, and product motion built from your assets or 3D renders. That suits products that are hard to film, abstract benefits, and campaigns that need many variants, because changing an animated scene does not require a reshoot. If a campaign genuinely needs a shot human face, live action is the better tool and we will say so.

Why Consumer Brands Work With Creamy Animation

Social awareness videos

Built For The Feed, Not The TV Slot

We design for sound off viewing, small screens, and a viewer who never asked to see you. That means the hook lands in the first second, captions carry the message on their own, and the product is on screen before anyone loses interest.

Nonprofit promotional videos

Every Cut Your Campaign Needs

Quotes cover the master plus the vertical, square, and short form cuts, so you are not paying twice to run the same idea on a second platform. Cutdowns are planned in the storyboard, not salvaged in the edit.

Fundraising videos

Clear Pricing And Clear Ownership

You get a fixed quote with the revision rounds written into it, and you know before you sign what you own, what is licensed, and how long the music and voiceover rights run for paid media.

The First Three Seconds Decide Everything

In a feed, the viewer is not an audience. They are a person moving fast with their thumb already halfway to the next post. Nothing about the video earns a second of patience. That single fact should shape the edit more than any brand guideline.

Social Media

Hook Before Logo

A brand intro at the top spends your most valuable second on the one thing the viewer did not click for. Lead with the payoff instead: the product doing the interesting thing, the before and after, the price, the result. Put the logo next to the call to action at the end.

Most viewed video

Sound Off Is The Default, Not The Exception

Most feed video is watched muted, so the voiceover is a bonus track rather than the script. Everything load bearing has to be visible: the claim, the number, the offer, the call to action. We burn captions into the feed cuts and deliver a separate caption file as well.

Social media video content on Instagram

Why A TV Style Build Fails In A Feed

Broadcast structure assumes a captive viewer: atmosphere first, tension in the middle, logo at the end. Feed video works inverted. Put the most interesting frame first, resolve the promise quickly, then add detail for whoever is still watching. The last five seconds carry the call to action, not the reveal.

Formats And Aspect Ratios, Platform By Platform

Most B2C disappointments trace back to one shortcut: a single 16:9 master, cropped afterwards to fit everywhere else. Cropping moves the frame. It does not fix the things that break when the frame changes.

9:16 Vertical

This is the format for TikTok, Reels, Stories, and YouTube Shorts. The frame is tall and narrow, so wide product shots and side by side comparisons stop working and vertical stacking starts working. Text has to be larger and shorter, usually four to six words a line.

The bigger trap is safe area. Platform interface elements sit over the top and bottom of the frame: profile handle, caption, sound label, and the buttons down the right side. Anything important placed there is covered on a real phone even though it looked fine in the review link. We keep the message inside the middle band and treat the outer strips as decoration.

1:1 Square

Square still earns its place in mixed feed placements and takes more vertical space than a landscape post. It is the most forgiving format for repurposing, but it is also the one people crop laziest. Compositions built for a wide frame end up with the subject shoved to one edge and the product half out of shot.

16:9 Horizontal

Landscape is for YouTube pre roll, product pages, retail screens, and anywhere a viewer is already committed. Here you can hold a shot longer, run a real voiceover, and let a demonstration breathe.

A Cutdown Is Not A Crop

Rebuilding a cut for a new placement means repositioning and resizing text, recomposing shots for the new frame, tightening pacing for shorter attention, and moving the call to action to where it will be seen. A 60 second product explainer becomes a 15 second ad by cutting scenes and rewriting the opening line, not by trimming the tail.

Plan this at storyboard stage. Deciding a campaign needs vertical after animation is finished is the expensive way to find out.

Where Video Fits In The Consumer Buying Moment

Consumer buying is short but it is not a single step. The same product usually needs three different videos doing three different jobs, and using the wrong one in the wrong place is why campaigns underperform with perfectly good creative.

Animation Style

Awareness: The Cold Ad

This viewer has never heard of you. The job is to interrupt, not to explain. Short, one idea, one clear benefit, a moment worth stopping for, and enough brand presence that the name registers. Fifteen to thirty seconds. Anything longer is paying for attention you are about to lose anyway.

Hometown Quotes explainer video still

Consideration: The Product Explainer

Now they have clicked, and the video sits on a product page, listing, or landing page. This viewer wants specifics: how it works, what is in the box, how it compares. Sixty to ninety seconds with a real voiceover is fine here, because the person is already leaning in.

Product unboxing video example

After The Sale: Unboxing, Setup, And How To

A short setup or how to video sent with the shipping confirmation reduces the number of people who give up and start a return. The same footage doubles as social content. If your product is genuinely complex, an explainer video is worth budgeting properly rather than trimming to fund more ad variants.

How To Choose A B2C Video Production Company

Reels and showreels all look good, which makes them a poor way to choose. These four questions separate studios faster than any portfolio does.

1. Ask For The Cutdowns Inside The Quote

Ask what deliverables the price includes, listed by aspect ratio and duration. If the quote says one master video, you will be back for a change order the week the campaign launches. A B2C quote should read like a delivery list: master, vertical cut, square cut, short cut, captions burned, caption file supplied.

2. Check Licensing And How Long It Lasts

Stock music, stock footage, and voiceover come with licences, and the terms differ between organic posting, paid advertising, and broadcast. Some run for twelve months and then expire. Ask which assets in your video are licensed, for which use, and for how long, and get it in the quote. Finding out mid campaign that the track cannot legally run on paid media is an avoidable and expensive surprise.

3. Get The Revision Structure In Writing

Unlimited revisions is not generous, it is unpriced, and it usually resolves into either scope creep or a slow no. What you want is rounds tied to stages: script, storyboard, animation. That structure pushes changes to where they are cheap. Also ask what counts as a new round versus a tweak, before you are arguing about it.

4. Confirm What You Actually Own

Final files are the minimum. Ask whether you get the project files, the layered artwork, and the character or brand assets built for you, so a future edit does not require starting over. Ask too whether the studio wants to show the work publicly, and whether that is acceptable for your product launch timing.

What B2C Video Costs, And What Drives It

Most standard B2C projects sit between $5,000 and $10,000. Premium work with custom illustration or original characters runs $10,000 to $25,000, and full campaign builds run $25,000 to $50,000. AI assisted production can bring simpler pieces to $2,500 to $4,000 where the brief allows.

Roughly, budget splits as script 10 percent, concept and storyboard 25 percent, design and illustration 15 percent, animation and editing 45 percent, and voiceover and music 5 percent. Note where the money is: animation. That is why changes are cheap at script and painful later.

The B2C specific driver is variants. A campaign is not one video, it is one idea in several forms. Two hook variants across three formats is six deliverables, and pricing a campaign as if it were a single film is the most common budgeting mistake we see.
